Defensive Driving Pre-Registration

In order to pre-register for a Defensive Driving Class, download this FORM and fax to 254-526-1028 or scan/email to info@killeendriving.com. 

Be sure to provide the information requested on the form twice.

When you arrive for class, be sure to arrive 15 minutes early and remember to bring:
  1. Your driver's license
  2. A copy of your ticket
  3. Check or cash for $25.00
